What does 100% green mean on a location?

When every VPS node in that location answers our health check, the location shows 100% and an operational (green) status. Individual nodes are not listed. If any node fails, the percentage drops.

How often is this page updated?

Checks are cached for about 45 seconds and the page refreshes automatically every minute. Use Refresh now to run a new check immediately.

What should I do if a service is down?

If your own VPS is affected, open a support ticket from the client portal. Platform issues with the website, WHMCS, or the payment gateway are posted here when we detect them.
