Mynymbox is a Nevis company. Our contracts are governed by the law of Saint Kitts and Nevis. Our servers are in the European Union.

This page explains where Mynymbox Hosting LLC is formed, which law applies to our Terms of Service, where infrastructure sits, what information we actually hold, and how we handle legal process. It is a description of how we operate. It is not legal advice, and it does not promise that a court, registry, or upstream provider will never compel action.

Company law is Nevis, not the United States

Mynymbox Hosting LLC is formed in Nevis. Our registered office is:

The Terms of Service are governed by the laws of the Federation of Saint Kitts and Nevis. To the extent permitted by law, disputes are subject to the courts of Saint Kitts and Nevis. That is the company jurisdiction. We are not a United States company.

Legal notices and service of process should go to the registered agent at the registered office above, as described in the Terms, and through the methods on Abuse & Legal.

Infrastructure is in the EU

Company jurisdiction and server location are not the same thing. Servers and related hosting equipment are in privacy-friendly, well-connected European locations:

  • Netherlands — KVM VPS and shared web hosting
  • Finland — VPS

Local law at a datacenter, an upstream network, or a domain registry can still apply to equipment or names in that place. We describe locations on Our Network and keep public checks on Network Status and Looking Glass.

What we store

An account needs a working email address. An alias is fine. We do not require a legal name, government ID, proof of address, or phone number.

We may hold what is needed to run the account: email, service and invoice records, cryptocurrency payment references, support tickets, and short-lived security logs for the client portal and management panels. We do not log portal IP addresses for marketing or profiling. Details are in the Privacy Policy.

Because collection is limited, a lawful order can only produce what we actually have. We do not invent a customer identity we never collected.

Legal process

We do not volunteer customer information. We will review and, where required, comply with a legally valid and binding order from a competent authority. We can only disclose information we possess.

We are not a bulletproof host. Lawful speech is welcome. Crime is not. Enforcement follows the Acceptable Use Policy and the Terms. Reports go to Abuse & Legal.

Domains: we are the registrant of record

Domains bought, transferred, or renewed through Mynymbox are registered in an account we hold. The public registration record lists Mynymbox Hosting LLC as registrant or account holder — not your name, address, or email. That is registrant-of-record privacy, not a paid WHOIS add-on sitting on top of your personal data.

You keep the contractual right to control, use, renew, assign, and transfer the domain, including a transfer to another registrar, subject to fees, registry rules, and the Terms. Some TLDs restrict this model or require local contacts; we do not offer those where we cannot register them this way.
