What does 100% green mean on a location?

When every VPS node in that location answers our health check, the location shows 100% and an operational (green) status. Individual nodes are not listed. If any node fails, the percentage drops.

How often is this page updated?

Checks are cached for about 5 minutes and the page refreshes automatically on that interval. Use Refresh now to run a new check immediately.

What should I do if a service is down?

If your own VPS is affected, open a support ticket from the client portal. Platform issues with the website, WHMCS, or the payment gateway are posted here when we detect them.

Where are incidents and maintenance posted?

Active incidents and planned maintenance appear on this page under Incidents. Probe checks stay automatic; incident notes are written by us when something needs a public update.

About these checks

Netherlands and Finland show 100% green only when every hypervisor in that location has no connectivity issues. Individual nodes are not listed. Platform services are shown separately: website, billing, control panels, ReverseDNS, and domain DNS. Incidents and maintenance notes are posted here when we have a public update.
