The other day, we took notice of a ticket that was opened by one of our dear customers, stating that periodically once a day during the evening/night, their server would take a brief slumber without reason. As this server is within Hetzner's reach and not ours, we do not have direct contact with it and cannot help nor fix such issues for our customers ourselves.
However, with MyNymBox's KVM servers, we are directly in contact with the datacenter and are able to get any issues fixed as we have slightly more control over the machines on which these VPS sit on.
Even so, with some individuals who do not care about such disturbances, our reseller service can still seem better in terms of cost, as they are cheaper than
our KVM VPS. Adding onto that point, depending on the customer's budget and needs, they should have the right to choose what experience they are willing to pay for.
