No. We do not require identity documents, a phone number, or a home address. A working email address is enough to create an account and pay with Bitcoin.

After you choose a VPS plan, select Bitcoin at checkout. BTCPay Server generates a payment request; once the transaction confirms on the Bitcoin network, your order is processed and the VPS is provisioned automatically.

Yes. We do not block Tor or VPN access to our website or client portal. You can browse, order, and pay with Bitcoin over Tor or through a VPN.

No. We also accept Bitcoin, Lightning, Litecoin, and ZCash through the same self-hosted BTCPay Server, plus selected fiat methods. Bitcoin is ideal when you want maximum payment privacy.

You manage your VPS through the VirtFusion control panel: reboot or shut down the server, reinstall the OS, use the VNC console, manage SSH keys, mount custom ISOs, create and restore backups, and monitor resource usage.

We block outbound port 25 by default to prevent spam and keep our IPs clean. If you run a legitimate mail server, contact support to request an exception.
