Billing overview Everything about invoices, payments, and account credit.
Change billing cycle Yes, you can. Simply open a support ticket(https://my.mynymbox.com) before your due date and request a cycle update.
Pay before due date Yes, you can. You can create an invoice for the upcoming period directly from the control panel and pay it right away. This will prolong your due date accordingly.
Account credit (top up) You can top up your account at any time. The account credit balance will automatically be used for any future invoices.
Payment methods We do NOT accept fiat currencies (EUR, USD, etc.) directly.
