Abuse & Legal

We take reports of abuse, malicious activity, and legal matters regarding the Mynymbox network and services very seriously. To ensure your request is routed to the correct department and handled as efficiently as possible, please follow the designated procedures outlined below.

Reporting Abuse

If you have experienced or observed abuse originating from the Mynymbox network or services, you must send your report directly via email to abuse@mynymbox.io.

To verify the authenticity of the report, the email must be sent from an address that is officially associated with the reporting party's organization. We cannot process reports submitted from personal or anonymous email providers.

To help us investigate and resolve the issue promptly, every abuse report must include the following details:

  • The specific IP address (or addresses) involved in the abuse.
  • The type of abuse being reported (e.g., spam, phishing, malware).
  • The name of the organization you are representing.
  • Detailed information and a thorough description of the abusive activity.

Additional Requirements by Abuse Type

Depending on the nature of the reported abuse, we require specific evidence to proceed with an investigation:

  • Copyright or Trademark Infringement: If you are reporting intellectual property theft or infringement, you must attach verifiable proof that the reporting party holds a legitimate, legal claim over the reported work or trademark.
  • Network Abuse: For claims regarding network attacks (such as DDoS, port scanning, or unauthorized access attempts), you must provide raw network packet logs or relevant service logs that clearly capture the activity being reported.

Legal Requests

All formal legal inquiries, subpoenas, and law enforcement requests must be submitted via email to legal@mynymbox.io.

For security and verification purposes, all legal requests must originate from an email address officially associated with the requesting party's legal entity, government agency, or law enforcement organization. Requests submitted through unofficial or public email domains will not be processed.
